Jack of all trades, master of many, I’m looking for opportunities to improve my skills in nonprofit management. My special interests are in data analysis and process improvement. My target industries are youth development and education. Below are some projects I’ve worked on.
Project Management – I served for 10 months as TogetherWell’s Social Media Project Manager, leading a team of graphic designers and content writers. I’m leading the redesign of FIC’s website and I’m a PM for Tech Fleet and 48in48.
UX Design – I completed the Google UX Certification with this portfolio. I created user stories, created wireframes and prototypes in Figma, and completed usability studies for three different projects.
Coding – I used Google Apps Script to call the WooCommerce API and change FIC members’ subscription from one product to another. This project showed my skills with Google Sheets/Excel, WordPress, APIs, and Google Apps Script.
Database Management – I learned enough Salesforce to become an admin and improve the DEC Network’s data collection and reporting. I also implemented Salesforce at Gastonia Freedom School. Here are all the badges I’ve earned on Salesforce’s Trailhead training platform.
